Welcome.  My name is Darrell B. As someone who has suffered from an injury that prevented my employment for a period of time, I understand the potential impact that those injuries can have on the lives of working individuals. As a result of that personal experience, I have devoted a significant portion of my practice to Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation representation.   I have extensive trial experience representing injured and disabled employees before the North Carolina Industrial Commission, and have been successful in obtaining significant settlements and jury awards on behalf of my Personal Injury clients.
